Program Structure

According to the Program Structure, every student should follow the regulations and requirements of Courses of General Education, College Foundation Program, and Department Professional Program to finish the required credits and programs in order to obtain the degree. For undergraduate degree of Department of Sinophone Literature, the structure is as follow:

Several

Depending on the interest and capacity, one should take at least ONE program from the other elective programs, the College Interdisciplinary Program or the program from other departments.

Except the required courses of English (6 credits), one should pass certain English Proficiency Test, when graduating; the available tests and the required test result are: over 61 points in TOEFL iBT (or over 500 points in TOEFLTP), over 600 points in TOEIC, Secondary Exam passed or Primary Exam passed in GEPT, or other equally approved level of English Proficiency Tests from inside and outside the University. (Please refer to the announcement of Language Center.)

If finishing the requirements of any one of the programs, one can obtain the certificate of the program. (please note that some of the programs would be restricted to the major students or to the minor students) If one would like to take the double degree, one should fulfill the requirements of both departments at the same time; for further information, please refer to the requirements of other departments.
